It plays everything, cd, mp3, dvd. I haven’t trayed the usb and the sd.
About the bluetooth you have to speak a little louder because the mic, it is in the unit so, it is a little far. Everything else works very good.

This is the first Boss product I have purchased. Normally I only have Kenwood products.
This unit looks good and the sound is OK I wasn’t expecting the world since its not a high priced unit and Boss is know for low cost products not high quality sound systems.
Pros
Not expensive, plays DVDs, MP3’s VCD’s FM/AM, reads USB files
Cons
The user interface us silly. 5 chars of the file name for mp3’s and jpg’s can be seen. Selecting a file can take a few seconds which makes you think it didn’t work and you hit forward again skipping the file you wanted.
No radio text is displayed just a really stupid looking ascii char spectrum view which doesn’t match the music.
RCA outputs are to sensitive I had to turn down the input sensitivity on my infinity amp to 30% or the unit will play to loud and distorted at volume level 3.
Sound quality gets distorted easily not clear at all.
Bottom line this is the last Boss product I will ever buy.
